Job Description
Lead the estimation process for interior federal government construction projects.
Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to develop accurate cost estimates and proposals.
Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to determine project requirements and scope.
Conduct site visits and assessments to gather relevant information for estimating purposes.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior estimators and other team members.
Review and evaluate subcontractor bids and proposals.
Participate in project kick-off meetings and contribute to project planning and scheduling.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to federal government construction.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience in federal construction, with a strong emphasis on interior projects.
Proven track record of successfully estimating and managing federal government contracts.
Experience providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and regulations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in relevant estimating software and tools.

Base Salary: 120,000-150,000 USD (depending on experience)
