Position Details
The CCBHC (Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic) Admissions Director oversees processes that increase consumers’ access to integrated care services. This role will oversee the collection and analysis of Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) data, be responsible for supervising grant project staff, and engage in problem-solving grant project concerns.
- Create, implement, monitor, and oversee processes that help the clinic achieve CCBHC goals such as increasing access to services.
- Assists CCBHC Project Director in implementing Integrated Health Care approaches into the clinic through tasks such as: consistent communication with various service leaders within Merakey, monitoring referrals both inside and outside of Merakey’s CCBHC, etc.
- Develops positive working relationships with internal and external grant stakeholders to increase the effectiveness of care coordination and service connection efforts.
- Monitors grant project intake processes, including the completion of required screenings for MACRA and CCBHC Quality Measures as well as appropriate referrals based on result of these screenings.
- Lead clinic care coordination and co-occurring treatment coordination process.
- Identify and assist in the implementation of new processes that benefit consumers or clinic staff through the grant project.
- Oversees the collection of GPRA data in the form of NOMs baselines and reassessments.
- Supports ongoing MACRA/CCBHC measures, screenings, processes, and tracking.
- Identify and implement any needed changes to screening, data collection, and/or data tracking processes.
- Supervises grant project staff as assigned by supervisor.
- Supervision of other staff or interns as assigned.
- Become expert in CCBHC GPRA data collection, including NOMs Manual/Codebook, train grant project staff to facilitate NOMs surveys, and audit/monitor results of NOMs surveys.
- Serves as backup to CCBHC Project Assistant for coordination and data entry into SPARS.
- Engages in the hiring, onboarding, and training grant project staff as needed.
- Train grant project direct care staff in EHR/Avatar documentation, such as completion of independent progress notes following outreach service, etc.
- Utilizes data reports to support grant project requirements.
- Compile, track, and summarize grant and program data as assigned.
- Works independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Master’s degree in psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field and two years’ experience with mental health/substance abuse intake admissions process.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Must be well-organized and have excellent attention to detail.
- License Required, LCSW preferred
