Position Description:
Valley Physicians work with a multidisciplinary team ofendocrinologists and other specialists to offer patients the latestevidence-based treatments and comprehensive, specialized care for all types ofDiabetics, Metabolism and Endocrinology disorders. The practice comprises of 8physicians with offices located in Ridgewood and Wayne locations. TheEndocrinology program at Valley takes a patient-focused, evidence-basedmedicine approach for managing patients with general endocrine diseases, withthe majority of diabetes and thyroid disease. Physicians in the group stay upto date on the latest treatments, guidelines, and technology to treat endocrinedisorders. Ideal candidate will be hard-working, flexible, team player withexcellent communication, critical thinking, analytical, andrelationship-building skills who enjoys a nonacademic, dynamic, community-basedoffice and hospital setting. EDUCATION:
Position requirement:
M.D or D.O from an accredited school of medicine orosteopathy from a-recognized institution
Board Certification/Board Eligibility in Diabetics,Metabolism and Endocrinology
A valid New Jersey State Medical license, DEA, and CDS isrequired
Maintains CME credit hours as required for boardcertification and/or hospital staff privileges
BLS required and ACLS preferred
