We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Sales Associate in our Alexandria, VA location.

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for engaging with business customers and clients and promoting sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products to our Dealer Network and HVAC Contractors.
- Provide superior customer service to our customers.
- Provide support for our Parts Stores. Provide warehouse support for wholesale customers as needed including shipping and receiving, loading and unloading, operating a forklift, pulling orders and scanning materials for documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One year experience in customer service or sales desired
- Demonstrated effective customer service skills
- Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with HVAC or similar contractors or vendors strongly desired
- Computer literacy with proficiency with MS Office applications
- Ability to work in a team environment and willingness and be willing to participate
- 1+ year of counter sales, service or customer facing experience - candidates with B2B customer experience such as HVAC, Auto Parts or other commercial or industrial related counter sales desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage in verbal and written communications on detailed materials and orders
- Products are commercial and residential HVAC parts and equipment, therefore, experience working with contractors is a plus.
