Technical Program Manager - Colocation Global Programs - supports Colocation Engineering team within AWS Infrastructure Data Center Engineering organization with capacity delivery of Colocation data centers. They manage complex, ambiguous programs for technology innovations from concept to Colocation Production Readiness. This role provides a unique opportunity to engage with advanced cloud infrastructure solutions and the exceptional people that develop them. Technical Program Manager applies their expertise to:
Develop deployment strategy and plans for new mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering solutions in AWS's global Colocation Data Centers
Evaluate technical requirements, collaborate with internal and external partner teams from conceptual planning through Colo production readiness
Obtain alignment on at-scale deployment with partner teams, ensure production readiness mechanism including integration requirements, financial, supply chain, operational readiness
Plan for global and regional specifics, testing and validation, deployment schedules, and consistency
Collaborate across organizations (Colocation Engineering, Product Development, Supply Chain, Planning, Finance, Operations) and be the linchpin for successful delivery of technologies

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
- Experience leading highly technical programs involving infrastructure, complex systems, systems engineering
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
