The Project Coordinator will be responsible for execution and coordination for the delivery of project initiatives. They will work with business and technical staff to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.
Principle Duties:
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, and information.
- Provide project support for engagements where a traditional Project Manager is not assigned.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
- Provide oversight and support for project budget burn reporting.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, acting as a point of contact and communicating project status to all participants.
- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and repm1s.
- Responsible for multiple project assignments, proactive project tracking of issues, risks and changes, assisting in issue resolution and financial reporting.
- Assistance in project kickoff, identification of all project stakeholders, defines and clarifies project roles and responsibilities, and confirms necessary resources with all stakeholders.
- Works with the team and communicates project issue/risk escalations as needed to appropriate leaders.
- Participates in the regular project meetings led by internal teams.
- Responsible for knowing and communicating a project's status accurately throughout project lifecycle.
- Engages with team members (employees and contractors) to proactively assist the team in meeting deliverable deadlines and mitigating risks and issues.

What you will bring
Experience with Project management processes and best practices
Develop and maintain detailed project plan to include milestones, tasks, and target/actual dates of completion.
Basic knowledge of all current trends in software delivery methodologies (Agile/SCRUM/Waterfall).
Experience with Information Technology Project Management.
Experience with HIPPA Compliance .
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
