Job Description: The Catering Coordinator provides all-star support for our President and executive team. The Catering Coordinator will contribute to making our company an amazing place to work. The Catering Coordinator must keep the company president and executive management up-to-date on all day-to-day office affairs. The Catering Coordinator will manage correspondence, maintaining files and recordkeeping including expense reports. This professional will organize the details of the function and will ensure operational compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving. The Catering Coordinator will report on the progress of the catering events and will be responsible for coordinating with additional departments and will investigate and resolve issues regarding food quality or service. The Catering Coordinator will closely manage confidential information and provide discretion in all tasks.

Qualifications:
The Catering Coordinator must have at least 3 years high volume restaurant management experience
The Catering Coordinator must possess a personable attitude and direct incoming inquiries
A solid understanding of common computer systems, platforms, and software is required of the Catering Coordinator
The Catering Coordinator must understand off premise catering operations
The Catering Coordinator will be responsible for contacting, interacting, and establishing different venues
