Provides initial technical assistance to customers seeking help via phone or email
Use diagnostic techniques and relevant inquiries to perform remote troubleshooting
Guide customers through the problem-solving process and escalate unresolved issues to higher levels of support if necessary
Provide accurate information about IT products or services, maintain detailed records of events and resolutions, update customer status and information, and relay customer feedback or suggestions to the appropriate internal team
Identifies and proposes potential improvements to procedures
This junior role serves as the primary point of contact for users requesting resolution of IT issues and receives guidance from more senior personnel
Collaborate and share work with other Help Desk Support Is.
Possess High School Diploma or equivalent
Hold one of the following certifications within 6 months of commencing work: CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP

Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
