- Develop sales strategy and deliver objective for sales in Commercial and Government space.
- Lead a team of Commercial Sales to achieve annual corporate sales goals at authorized profit levels.
- Assist in the development of internal systems for commercial ordering. Coordinate the system/or software development between HISNA and HMA.
- Develop an annual regional and national plan for achieving sales goals for corporate sales.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships with fleet management companies.
- Develop direct sales to national accounts.
- Work with HCA and the District Finance Managers as an ad hoc sales force.
- Create ad hoc reports on status of the business and corporate sales trend analysis.
- Lead the develop of alternate sales channels with dealers, Fleet Management companies, Leasing companies and others.
- Develop sales strategy to grow EV sales for the Fleet channel.
- Identify and land large fleet accounts and large EV fleet accounts.
- Engage with cross functional teams, Financing, Planning, EV, and Distribution.
Major Responsibilities (continued)
- Position has authority to sell units within parameters set by Senior Group Manager of Fleet Operations.
~ Bachelor’s degree required.
~ Master’s degree a plus
- Ten or more years of experience with at least eight years of directly related experience in the automotive industry.
- Commercial fleet experience desired.
- Three years of supervisory experience desired.
- Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and QMF helpful.
- Outstanding interpersonal skill set.
- High performance in fast paced environment.
- Network Development skills required.

$137,025.00 - $203,000.00 Annual
