METRIC & MEASUREMENT
Package Handling - Employee must maintain standard packaging procedures that assure accuracy, while adjusting the volume of work.
Packaging counts are measured and checked for accuracy against standard. Employee must continue to maintain accuracy throughout the month for the bonus program.
Employee will be evaluated on the accuracy of the orders packaged and his/her performance level as measured against volume demand.
Employee will need to average 21 points per, 120 boxes per day.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent required
