What you'll do...
As a Principal, Technical Program Manager within the Sam’s Club eCommerce team, you will be responsible for spearheading some of the most complex and challenging programs in support of the Sam’s Club shopping experience!? You'll be interacting with executive leaders, boots on the ground, and everyone in between...if you enjoy eCommerce and Retail, we just might be the place for you!
About Team: Sam’s Club eCommerce
Our team works closely with our Sam’s Club eCommerce business and product teams to better serve members by empowering team members, clubs, and merchants with technological innovation. From groceries and entertainment to sporting goods and crafts, Sam’s Club offers an extensive selection that our members value, whether they shop online at SamsClub.com, through one of our mobile apps, or in-club.
What you'll do:
Lead the delivery of critical and complex technology initiatives for Sam's Club, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, plan, and execute innovative solutions for our members.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, regularly monitoring and reporting on progress to senior leadership.
Identify and manage risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed to ensure project success.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving process enhancements and best practices for project management across the organization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering management and stakeholders, including senior leadership, business partners, and external vendors.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements, incorporating new technologies and methodologies into project management practices.
As a Principal, you will be a leader to the TPMs, ensuring continuous improvement of our processes and execution models.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Certification in Project Management., Master’s degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 4 years’ experience in product design., We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
