The Executive Assistant is an integral role on the Executive team reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. This person will be responsible for all administrative functions needed to ensure the smooth operation of the overall department.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Administrative Support: Duties include sales pipeline management, meeting scheduling, calendar organization, travel planning, event planning and other duties/ special projects as assigned by the CEO.
Departmental Budget Tracking and Reporting, Expense Management: Filing timely expense reports for CEO and maintaining monthly budgets as requested/required by Finance. Ensuring that all reports are accurate.
Working with legal team to acquire SOWs, NDAs, Independent Contractor agreements and appearance releases for various projects.
Support the team with organization of events and creation of presentations
Qualifications:
3-4+ years of experience in an executive administrative support role in a fast-paced, environment preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) as well as Keynote and Google Suite
Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
Well-organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-up
