Description of Position: Do you have experience as an Administrative Assistant and are looking for a temp to hire position? Our client in the Central Valley is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role could become permanent depending on the workload. The ideal candidate can work independently in a high-paced office setting. Responsibilities include:
Handling advanced administrative details for all projects (service, construction, operations, compliance).
Contract review and assisting with plans/take-off's, notices, waivers, and prevailing wage.
Providing excellent customer service.
Taking incoming work requests and processing paperwork for managers to create estimates.
Assisting with estimate creation.
Assisting with various research projects.
Description of Company: You will be supporting a well-established utility contractor specializing in water well drilling and water well service and repair in Escalon, California.
Experience Required:
Assist with tracking of projects using Excel, Outlook, MS, and CRM.
2-5 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Prior office management experience is a plus.
Ability to create charts, spreadsheets, and documents using Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Professional correspondence skills with internal staff, management, clients, vendors, sub-contractors, and regulators.
