Drive HCP Engagement Strategy: This role is responsible for developing and leading our HCP engagement strategy with national and regional thought leaders, and strengthening our key partnerships through strategic initiatives that align with our core business objectives.
Curate Advocacy and Support: Promote Noven’s brand(s) and organization through personal engagements and healthcare events using approved materials. Coordinate and facilitate engagements and activities between Thought Leaders and cross-functional partners (e.g., Marketing, Peer Education, Medical Affairs) in a compliant manner. Serve as a key point of contact between Thought Leaders, Healthcare Providers, and Key HCP & Patient Associations and related sponsorship opportunities.
Educate and Align Thought Leaders: Educate Thought Leaders on Noven’s Strategic Imperatives and ensure their alignment. Accountable for pulling through Brand Initiatives with the Thought Leaders, contributing to HCP education delivery and effectiveness, and gathering and sharing insights from the Thought Leader community. Keep Thought Leaders informed with both positive and negative news, maintaining, growing, and developing relationships with these key individuals. Function as a product expert for each of Noven’s products, liaising with Marketing and Sales to ensure continuous communication from the market to Noven.
Speaker Bureau: Assist in managing the speaker bureau, including supporting speaker training, ensuring compliance, and assisting in product theater speaker management. Plan and execute brand KOL activities and KOL meetings at key conferences, state society meetings, and patient advocacy events as appropriate. In partnership with Marketing and Medical Affairs, contribute to HCP education by nominating and preparing speakers based on knowledge and relationships with Thought Leaders. Serve as a moderator or faculty for educational activities (e.g., Peer Exchange). The TLL will contribute to the identification and execution of educational activities and opportunities (e.g., Product Theaters).
Develop Market Understanding: Develop a strong understanding of Noven’s therapeutic markets and disease states. Identify short and long-term opportunities to maximize brand and organizational impact through professional engagements.
Gather and Share Insights: Leverage exposure to the Thought Leader community to gather observations and insights. Triage these insights to the appropriate functions within the organization to inform commercial strategy, tactics, and decisions.
Coordinate Thought Leader Interactions: Align across the organization to coordinate Thought Leader interactions and deliver a cohesive customer experience during National, Regional and Local events.
Product Inquiry Management: The TLL acts as the main commercial representative, collaborating and coordinating with Corporate Affairs, Medical Information, and Customer Service to triage product questions and complaints received through various channels (e.g., main line, email inbox, PPD, trade, field). The TLL addresses inquiries related to current market products, including copay issues, product complaints, and general questions. Additionally, the TLL interacts with and responds to questions from Healthcare Providers (HCPs) in whitespace areas.
