Job Abstract

Key Responsibilities:
– Inspect and test raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods.
– Maintain quality control records and data entry in LIMS/Labworks and ERP/SAP software.
– Notify of nonconforming results promptly.
– Handle and replenish retained samples to prevent contamination.
– Keep lab equipment in safe working condition; submit service orders as needed.
– Ensure adequate inventory of reagents and lab supplies.
– Maintain a clean and orderly lab environment.
– Attend regular meetings and complete required training.
– Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills and Experiences Required:
– Associate degree in science, chemistry, or a related field with lab coursework.
– Proficiency in wet and analytical chemistry, handling acids, bases, and solvents.
– Preferred experience in adhesives and mechanical testing.
– Knowledge of safe lab practices.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP.
– Strong work ethic, good attendance, and effective teamwork.
– Ability to work under pressure and follow EHS policies.
– Flexible shifts/hours.
