The Membership Support Associate will provide support to the Community Engagement and Member Experience department to achieve girl and adult membership goals. This part-time/seasonal position requires reliable transportation on scheduled workdays

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Works to support designated members of the Community Engagement and Member Experience department and any other applicable Council staff members as assigned.
-Under the supervision of the Member Experience Director, the Membership Support Associate provides administrative functions, conducts promotional activities at assigned sites and other duties as assigned to support the Councils’ member recruitment season.
-Deliver prepared promotional presentations to school aged children (typically all girls) and/or their caregivers in community settings such as schools, churches, etc., adhering to Council’s standards in regard to content, tone and professionalism.
-Attend and manage assigned Council recruitment booth activities at community partner events.
-Prepare marketing materials for distribution (sorting, copying, binding, etc.)
-Performs other duties as assigned.

-Participate in conferences, staff meetings and events
