Job Requirements:
- Oversee the day-to-day security operations of the account
- Direct a team of security officers, site and/or shift supervisors
- Take part in hiring and selection of officers, scheduling, payroll, and training
- Ensure the client site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property
- Be the liaison between GardaWorld and the client
- Be able handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately
- Other management responsibilities as determined by leadership
- Communicate staffing needs via Requisition Form; assist recruiters in identifying, interviewing and hiring quality candidates
- Be adept in disciplining, performance evaluations, & employee recognition
- Assure that employee grievances are heard and resolved (with help from appropriate support employees, as required) and that personnel records are updated and accurate (Change of Status forms, rosters, etc.)
- Maintain 100% site coverage with no dark hours
- Maintain 3% or lower unbilled overtime
- Manage client KPI’s
- Develop SOP’s and enforce client post orders
Qualifications:
- Account Manager/Site Director experience required
- TWIC Card required
- Schedule and Payroll experience required
- WinTeam, Kronos, or other scheduling/payroll experience required
- You can ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
