Job Abstract

TransCore, LP seeks Senior Software Engineers in Houston, TX.

Job Duties:

Participate in architecture, design, implementation, deployment, and support; Contribute on an Agile Software development team to deliver solutions to the toll agency customers; Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables; Perform design, development, and testing activities related to assigned tasks; Design solutions that support long-lasting business values with quality measured by multiple metrics (e.g., scalability, performance, security, technology alignment).

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, or foreign equivalent or related field and 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer or related role responsible for the integration of the product increments, design, architecture, development and maintenance of back-office software.

Special Requirements: Experience must include:

1. 5 years of proven analysis and technical design, development.
2. 5 years of experience developing Enterprise applications in C#.NET using MVC, OO Design, SOLID Design principles.
3. 5 years of experience in Agile methodology in an Enterprise or SaaS environment.
4. 1 year of experience with Angular.
5. 3 years of experience developing containerized applications using Docker.
6. 1 year of experience with Entity Framework.
7. 4 years of experience with Relational Databases such as Microsoft SQL Server.
8. 5 years of experience with developing RESTful Services.
9. 2 years of experience with .Net Core.
10. 5 years HTML5, CSS, .Net. JavaScript, MSSQL, JSON.
11. 2 years of experience in TypeScript.
12. 5 years of experience in swagger.

Requires domestic travel up to 10%.

Must also have authority to work permanently in the U.S.
