Job Abstract
Maintains and operates the university's high-pressure boilers and steam lines. Performs preventative maintenance on cooling towers, chillers, boilers, pumps, valves, and air compressors. Repairs seals, gaskets, valves, water and steam lines, pumps, and insulation. Records plant operations; performs water tests. May assist in asbestos abatement as necessary.
