Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce UI/UX Designer to join our team to support our government clients. The successful applicant will be responsible for creating compelling multi-platform user experience for industrial digital twin applications, interactive 3D training, and real-world simulations.

As the Salesforce UI/UX Designer you will contribute to the following areas:
- Partner and collaborate with cross-functional peers in development of application coding design, and delivery of first-rate Salesforce solutions.
- Analyze and study complex system requirements to optimize application efficiency and user experience.
- Design software tools with consistent look and feel across all process areas, support software reuse and domain analysis, and manage their implementation.
- Facilitate user interviews and gather feedback from stakeholders by conducting usability testing on conceptual prototypes.
- Explore many different approaches to solving user problems.
- Synthesize research findings into reports and make informed design decision.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance.
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UI/UX design
- 3+ years of experience delivering interface design solutions, including interactive wireframes, user flows, style guides, web and mobile prototypes
- 3+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite/XD and Rapid prototyping tools like Invision, Axure RP, Figma, Sketch, or Baslmiq
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with UX design concepts for COTS solutions, preferably Salesforce Lightning Design System
- Familiarity with developing to Section 508
- Familiarity with React Web Components

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
