Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive specializing in secondary packaging within the Beauty and Health Wellness industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, customer service, and eager to join a team with opportunities for long-term career growth and uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage a minimum of 5 years' experience in selling secondary packaging (e.g., folding cartons, rigid boxes, labels).
• Develop comprehensive business plans to meet sales goals and quotas.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from client acquisition to securing deals.
• Identify new sales opportunities through networking and develop them into long-term partnerships.
• Present product capabilities to potential clients effectively.
• Provide professional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to understand and meet their needs.
• Resolve issues and handle complaints promptly.
• Ensure client projects meet budget and time requirements.
• Stay informed about market trends and establish best practices.
• Monitor and report on sales performance analytics.
• Propose innovative ideas to enhance sales and improve the customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Account Executive or in other sales/customer service roles.
• Strong knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiation principles.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about the industry.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in custom secondary packaging.
• Currently managing annual sales exceeding $3 million in gross revenue.
• Proficient in CRM software (particularly HubSpot).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple processes.
• Team-oriented with a commitment to achieving the best results.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a knack for building relationships.
• Strong analytical and time-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
