Job Abstract

### Job Overview:

This role involves participating in the deployment of the Oracle Cloud EPM solution through its entire lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, training, implementation, and support. The candidate will develop business rules, application reports, interfaces, and customizations to create a comprehensive solution. They will collaborate with business owners as part of an integrated team to implement the application.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in the full cycle deployment of Oracle EPM solutions.
- Utilize technical scripting skills for writing business rules, Data Management, and EPM Automation.
- Build metadata, design webforms, perform data reconciliation, and create dashboards.
- Contribute to capacity planning and assist with load testing.
- Develop and maintain both functional and technical system documentation.
- Conduct regression testing for Oracle software updates and patches.
- Manage master data maintenance for Oracle EPM.
- Apply agile methodologies to project tasks.
- Gather business and functional requirements to guide solution delivery in alignment with business objectives.
- Establish critical paths, milestones, and delivery dates; review client deliverables for acceptance criteria compliance.
- Document technical proposals and designs for peer review; maintain technical documentation for both legacy and future state solutions.
- Collaborate with IT Security, Enterprise Architecture, and Infrastructure teams to ensure solutions meet security and architectural standards.

### Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management Information Systems.
- Over 3 years of experience implementing and optimizing EPBCS/PBCS applications.
- Project experience with EPM Suite of Products 11.x.
- Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS offerings.
- Understanding of FP&A processes, including bottom-up planning, scenario modeling, allocations, account reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and top-side adjustments.
- Experience translating business requirements into solution designs.
- Proficiency in data integration between different systems/sources (both on-premise FDMEE and cloud Data Exchange).
- Experience in creating EPM automate and REST API scripts.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining business rules and groovy scripts.
- Experience with MR and Narrative reporting.
- Knowledge of HFM and FCCS is a plus.
