The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings
Essential Responsibilities
Manages and maintains executives’ schedules.
Arranges travel schedule and reservations for executive management.
Prepares expense reports and submits for reimbursement.
Composes reports, memos, letters, and other documents.
Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date
Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all
Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts
Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation
Communicates any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations
Non-Essential Responsibilities
Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
Designs PowerPoint and other presentations for conferences and meetings.
Creates and updates spreadsheets and other documents for business development plans or mergers/acquisitions.
Answers phones and directs all incoming calls to appropriate partner for resolution.
Opens, sorts, and distributes correspondences and mail.
Coordinates conference calls.
Organizes and arranges meeting to include, but not limited to preparing agendas, reserving facilities, and ordering food if necessary.
Organizes and maintains filing system.
Makes copies and faxes documents.
Processes credit applications.
Ensures kitchen and bathroom are stocked with supplies.
Completes other projects and special assignments as requested by supervisor and/or Senior Management.
Execute company initiatives and other activities requested by supervisor
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Contributes ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, the department, and the Company
Education
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Bachelor's Degree Business, related field, and/or equivalent experience preferred
Office Environment

Pay Range:
$60,000 - $68,000
