THE ROLE We are seeking a strategic sales professional that has a proven record for sales performance. As our Director of Salesyou will not only help our sales teams find the best leads, but you will focus on driving success and retaining our customers for the long run. You will lead the organization and own the processes involved in sales success while leverages that data & research expertise to improve sales training, negotiation tactics, and improve outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data analyticand drive performance accountability resulting in revenue growth.
THE DETAILS
1. Strategic Leadership
Define a high-level vision for the sales organization to include, but not limited to high-level planning and sales forecasting
Develop and implement sales process optimization strategies that align with the overall business objectives and support revenue growth in the multifamily sector
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes & methodologies based on feedback, industry trends, and best practices
2. Process Optimization
Establish and refine sales processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and scalability
Implement best practice and ensure consistent execution across the sales team
Partner with department stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across department heads
Ensure standards and processes are clearly documented and accessible in a central knowledge base platform with clear updates to all changes communicated across the most effective channels
Sales Compensation Design
Design and manage sales incentive programs and compensation plans to foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the salesteam, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement
Identify KPIs and sales metrics to improve productivity by eliminating barriers and smoothing processes for sales teams
Will be SME for all sales enablement and training, approve content and goals for best-in-classsales curriculum and development.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development and growth
THE QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
7-10 years of recent experience in sales operation, with a focus on the real estate sector
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM platforms with knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices
Proven track record of successfully managing sales teams and implementation of projects from inception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
