Overview Highlight is seeking a Project/Meeting Coordinator to join a program supporting the Contract Management division within a behavioral health organization at HHS. Responsibilities This individual will communicate with Peer Reviewers requesting their resumes and other related information. Screen Peer Reviewers for conflict of interest, availability and appropriate skills. Identify alternate Reviewers when Peer Reviewers decline and provide a draft list with resumes to the COR. Ensure that Peer Reviewers possess the appropriate mix of skills and expertise. Work within the timeframe that the COR provides and contact hotel. Finalize hotel and facility arrangements. Make all logistical arrangements for the Reviewers. Engage in frequent and open communication with customer. Coordinate Peer Review meetings. Qualifications At least three years of experience in meeting coordination. At least two years of experience in maintaining a database. Must possess specific expertise in management, administration, meeting planning, and database development/maintenance to carry out a Peer Review program. Must be well organized, coordinated, able to juggle different tasks and meetings simultaneously, able and willing to communicate any unforeseen problems immediately, offer recommendations to solve the problem, and be able to respond to questions and problems as quickly as possible. Must maintain an excellent relationship with hotel staff and must be able to respond to the COR’s needs, which will also include the needs of the Peer Reviewers. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office.
