AEG Internship Program offers a real-world experience that allows college students to learn the business of sports and live entertainment. In the Business Services Department, interns will gain insight into sourcing and procurement best practices. The intern will work with stakeholders in IT, Presents and AEG Sports Teams. Also, the intern will work in the following areas: (a) sourcing, (b) negotiation, (c) research & data gathering, (d) purchase order creation, and (e) forms and file management.

Responsibilities:
- Confirm vendor certification and/or membership status
- Help with strategic sourcing
- Engage with internal stakeholders
- Up-date department spreadsheets as needed
- Review and report on supply chain constraints
- Research potential vendors
- Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Process purchase orders, filing & tracking
- Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
- Provide support for various analyses & reports creation
Qualifications:
- Good customer service
- Highly organized, resourceful, and dependable with excellent interpersonal skills and oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Ability to use Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Pay Scale: $17.00 - $19.00
