Job Description
The Makeup Education content development role is designed to elevate Dior’s makeup client service experience and achieve North America’s makeup sales objectives through education. This role will lead the planning, strategy, creation and adaptation of makeup content. In addition, this role will partner with key individuals specialized in Dior artistry on elevating makeup education programs and makeup services.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Adapt and create makeup education content needed for each season to support North America sales objectives and key product launches.
Manage makeup curriculum roadmap calendar to support key product categories, service and skill development.
Write & adapt key makeup curriculum needed: product one-pagers, makeup section for seasonal workshops, retailer training programs and MyDior Experience.
Lead instructional design elements with NYO and Paris Dior Education teams.
Elevate Dior positioning by focusing on our makeup icons.
Partner with the Key Account Management team on account specific makeup program support to fuel overall account ambitions.
Develop makeup print material as needed to support NA Education objectives.
Partner with Digital content coordinator and North America Marketing to ensure seamless messaging in all aspects of makeup product & application education.
Partner on and lead relevant key education training initiatives including, training field mailings, webinars, in person meetings, marketing & retailer meetings.
Communicate to the North America field Education team on upcoming makeup programs, any specific needs and provide two-way dialogue on feedback pre-during-post production of makeup programs.
Utilize product experience and savvy to partner on the design of the makeup client experience in store with key product launches.
Partner with event team to ensure seamless client experience around key launches and seasonal/annual priorities.
Provide feedback to the Central Paris Dior team on curriculum needs and timing.
Partner closely with Education Managers, specifically, the Makeup Lead to collaborate on all makeup education
Work cross-functionally with teams on key projects, (to include tri-axe, when needed) to ensure a 360 perspective.
Collaborate on specialized brand building projects (i.e. Pop-ups, DTC, Retailer Education Events) on an as needed basis to support the company objectives.
Partner / collaborate with the Retail Development Coordinator(s) to manage some operational duties for the Retail Development team, as needed.

Qualifications
2-3 years experience in beauty/luxury experience
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in instructional design and adult learning principles required
Developing to Good Platform Presentation skills required
20% travel annually – National Meetings, Trainings, International Seminars.
In Store Point of Sale Beauty Experience preferred
