As the Nurse Manager of OR, you will play a pivotal role in the 24-hour management of our operating rooms, ensuring top-notch patient care and fostering a collaborative environment among our dedicated staff. Come join this incredible, collaborative team of Operating Room Nurses, OR Director, Surgeons, and other Surgical Services staff members. This unit features 10+ ORs, and 2 Da Vinci robots. This Operating Room Nurse Manager will be responsible for working closely with the Director in planning, organizing, implementing surgical services, performance improvement activities, and compliance with all policies/procedures and regulations. This team is looking for a Nurse Manager - OR with a strong clinical background and experience with staffing and scheduling.

For fast interviews this Nurse Manager Operating Room must have progressive OR circulating experience with a strong clinical background in nursing management, hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, and is currently a Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland.
