Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the supervision and support of the nursing staff, providing clinical guidance and administrative oversight.
• Ensure the delivery of quality patient care that aligns with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the Nurse Manager to coordinate performance improvement activities and utilize appropriate benchmarks.
• Prepare and analyze data for clinical activities and regulatory compliance.
• Manage admissions and discharges to ensure effective clinical management and discharge planning.
• Maintain operational leadership and ensure all departmental goals are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State.
• Minimum of three (3) years of acute care hospital experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
