Job Description:
Collaborate with senior analysts to streamline processes and ensure efficient workflow within the benefits department.
Address intermediate benefit inquiries escalated from the HR Service Center, collaborating with external vendors to manage benefit programs effectively and resolve any issues that arise.
Facilitate funding processes, collaborating with Sr. Benefits Analysts, HRIS, payroll and IT teams.
Responsible for managing H&W, Retirement, and Leave of Absence file integrations.
Manage and administer retiree accounts and oversee the funding processes for Retiree Reimbursement Accounts.
Maintain benefit invoices related to benefits programs, ensuring accurate tracking of expenses.
Conduct regular audits of benefits data to ensure compliance.
Oversee arrears processes, including ongoing automation initiatives, to streamline operations and optimize efficiency.
Liaise with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of benefit-related files.
Perform reconciliations for various suspense accounts, including 401k plan, voluntary Legal, HSA, and LTD, resolving discrepancies.
Compile and prepare retirement and death packets for employees, retirees, and beneficiaries.
Assist with the communication and implementation of new benefit programs or changes to existing programs, ensuring employees understand their benefits options and how to access them.
Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives within the benefits department, providing support as needed.
Stay updated on changes to benefits laws and regulations, ensuring that benefit programs remain compliant.
Base Pay Range:
The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
$80,730.00 - $98,670.00
