Responsibilities:

Investigative Eagle: Analyze complex claims, gather information, and develop action plans for swift resolution.

Settlement Strategist: Negotiate settlements within your authority, ensuring fairness for all parties.

Financial Analyst: Calculate claim reserves, manage payments, and identify opportunities for recovering costs through subrogation and other means.

Litigation Liaison: Oversee the litigation process, working with legal teams to achieve timely and cost-effective outcomes.

Tech-Savvy Professional: Utilize various software tools to efficiently manage claims and maintain accurate records.

Team Player: Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful claim resolution.

Qualifications:

5+ years of workers' compensation claims management experience (or equivalent).

Bachelor's degree preferred, but strong experience can be a qualifier.

In-depth knowledge of workers' compensation laws, regulations, and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Note:

This role is HYBRID; thus, open to in/around/near Roseville, CA.

Pay Details: $45.00 per hour
