Job Posting: Bilingual Spanish Client Services Specialist

Location: Burbank, CA

Pay: $18-19/hr, Temp to Hire

Key Requirements:

• Spanish Proficiency Required
• Customer service, computer savy, detail oriented.
• Must be proficient in Excel 80% and above

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact in the reception area for clients and visitors
• Perform general reception duties
• Assign and track all incoming client referrals and transfers
• Maintain accurate client information in the system
• Run weekly reports, scan, and file documents as needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Pay rate range, depending on experience: $18-$19/hr
