Analyst for the Latin America Client Business, based in New York, in the LatAm Sales Enablement & Technology (SET) team, a critical pillar within the broader LatAm COO function. This role is pivotal in driving CRM governance, maintenance, and reporting, partnering with key internal stakeholders such as product strategists, local sales teams, country managers, and regional partners to ensure CRM excellence and support the commercial objectives in Latin America. Beyond CRM, the Analyst will play a strategic role in expanding the SET team's remit, enhancing digital tools for LatAm's sales teams and end clients, particularly in the wealth segment. The position also involves a broader engagement within the LatAm COO function, contributing to strategic initiatives in artificial intelligence, data and analytics, management reporting, and marketing compliance systems, thereby supporting the overall growth and efficiency of the LatAm business..

For New York City only: The salary range for this position is $85,500 - $105,000. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
