THESE ARE 100% ONSITE

Mid Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday: 11:00am – 7:00pm.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Start: ASAP

What’s a typical day as a Data Entry/Indexing professional? You’ll be:
• Providing high-speed manual key data entry and verification from incoming hardcopy documents
• Analyzing automated document classification exceptions of digital documents and making corrections as necessary
• Analyzing automated extracted data exceptions from digital documents and making corrections as necessary
• Analyzing automated redacted data exceptions from digital documents and making corrections as necessary
• Manually entering meta-data index information from digital documents
• Analyzing digital checks and accompanying coupons/documentation to ensure accuracy and making corrections according to policy and procedures
• Researching and analyzing check distributions, as required by the customer
• Comparing hardcopy documents to digitally converted versions to ensure customer required quality
• Meeting deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy
• Completing all paperwork in a timely, accurate, and legible manner

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Testing Required: Data Entry test will be sent to you before resume submittal (45+ WPM)
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have a minimum of 2 years of related work experience
• Have experience in high-speed data entry.
• Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Medical related background preferred (medical billing, claims experience, in office experience in a medical setting) or Insurance experience is a PLUS
• Are able to meet deadlines while maintaining quality work.
• Have the ability to adapt to changing situations and be flexible.
• Can perform repetitive work according to set procedures while maintaining quality and production standards.
• Must be proficient with ten-key and keyboard skills
• Can work in a team environment and maintain positive relationships with co-workers, other departments, and management
