Overview
At WAXIE, we take customer satisfaction to another level with our in-house equipment repair services and on-site customer equipment installations. If you’re the type of person who likes to roll up your sleeves and work hard with a great team, a spot on or equipment repair and installation team might be right for you!
Salary Range: $23.64/hr - $31.00/hr DOE
Essential Duties
Coordinate with management and sales team on customer appointments for equipment repairs.
Calculate estimates on parts and labor cost for customer.
Label and repair all machines as required.
Upon completion of equipment repairs, properly complete repair work order paperwork.
Make on-site service calls to customer locations for larger equipment when not feasible to bring into Service Department.
Work with sales team to coordinate installations and visits customer sites for equipment installation.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the Service Department.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
Great customer service skills.
Clean driving record (MVR).
Valid driver's license.
Ability to safety lift 50 pounds.
Ability to stand for 8 hours.
Proficient PC Skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
AS400 experience a plus.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Bilingual a plus.
