We are currently seeking a Retail Support Manager who will be responsible for supporting the Regional Director, Regional Manager, Branch Manager (BM) and Assistance Branch Manager (ABM) in leading any of branch team in the region to achieve customer service and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5-7 years previous banking operations supervisor experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of branch operational activities
Excellent communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, as well as written)
Excellent customer service skills, ability to communicate clearly with managers, employees and customers
Ability to work independently, as well as with a team East West Bank is an equal opportunity employer

Ability to travel between branches
Ability to build effective relationships with customers, staff and members of the community
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
Compensation
The base pay range for this position is USD $65,000.00/Yr. - USD $110,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
