ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Oversee, coach, and direct activities of instructors.
Oversee leadership training event planning
Ensure student Partner’s needs are met during training
Measure the success of all training programs, including instructor lead and web based, and make adjustments to ensure goals and objectives are met
Develop training content for classroom, webinar, and e-learning programs related to leadership development
Coordinate with the content development team to create materials
Conduct training classes in person and via Webex as needed
Research, understand, and articulate UHM specific leadership techniques, goals, and expectations, as guided by the UHM code of conduct, CEO, and senior leadership.
Support partners who have questions or needs related to training and training content
Develop evaluation data and metrics that can link talent development and performance. This may include but is not limited to areas such as productivity improvement, cycle time reduction or improvement, Partner satisfaction, profitability or progress toward corporate rocks, risk reduction, or quality of products or services.

Qualifications
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree
Minimum 5 years of leadership training and coaching experience
Minimum 2 years of presenting classroom training, or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of content development or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of project management experience
Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
