MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, human resources, risk management, or a closely related field. A master’s degree or graduate level course work in a closely related field is highly desirable.
EXPERIENCE: Three years of increasingly responsible experience in human resources, employee benefits, or risk management.

THE POSITION
The Human Resources & Risk Management Analyst will serve as a key member of the Human Resources & Risk Management Division by leading the risk management program, ensuring safety through protocols, and managing insurance programs to safeguard city resources and personnel.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING- Developing an organization-wide training program
- Administering the City’s safety programs
- Assisting with the development of departmental processes and procedure
- Assisting with the development and implementation of a comprehensive safety and risk management program
