Integrated Master Scheduler
The Opportunity:
An effective program requires insightful scheduling and integration. Support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Records Modernization Integration Office (EHRM IO) as a Master Scheduler. Support the development of Program level plans, guidelines, and reports. You'll collaborate with leadership, track updates, and deconflict where needed. You'll manage an integrated schedule, ensuring traceability of all milestones including task orders and sub-level task orders within the Statement of Work (SOW). You'll coordinate with key stakeholders across various program workflows to gather schedule data, including discrete events, outlining dependencies among events and schedule. You'll analyze data for schedule and critical path impact to the program. You'll develop and support executive reporting as needed. You'll also provide technical feedback for program plans and schedules to ensure that timelines, risks, and designs have the appropriate level of detail and validity and abide by commercial best practices.
As an Integrated Master Scheduler on our team, you will conduct quantitative analysis using scheduling tools, such as MS Project, Project Web App (PWA), or Jira, to create and maintain an integrated master schedule for the program. You'll create, deploy, maintain, and refine schedule logic and decision management models. You will be responsible for the proactive identification of project risks through development of and presentation of quantitative data and via reports and dashboards, monitoring and managing scope change, assessing risk and facilitating and monitoring mitigation plans, coordinating design and construction progress reviews, and managing stakeholder communications.

You Have:
Experience creating and managing integrated schedules for Information Technology projects
Experience in construction project life cycles and project management methodologies
Experience in tracking costs, schedule, and performance progress
Experience creating schedules using Microsoft Project Web App
Experience with Microsoft Office software
Able to identify and mitigate risks associated with schedule and schedule management
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Project Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Computer Science and 8+ years of experience in a professional work environment, or 16+ years of experience in a professional work environment in lieu of a degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
