Client Concierge - Torrance, California- Onsite - Pay 20.00 to 27.00 Bilingual Spanish

JOB SUMMARY:

Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients and their families. Coordinate intake processes, provide access to resources, and address attendance barriers to ensure clients receive comprehensive care.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Provide excellent customer service and navigation assistance to clients and families.
• Review consent forms and attendance agreements with clients and caregivers.
• Assess client needs and eligibility for services, assisting with enrollment as needed.
• Coordinate appointments, transportation, and referrals for clients.
• Conduct follow-ups and wellness checks on clients.
• Maintain knowledge of agency services and community resources.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and community providers to meet client needs.
• Participate in community outreach and promote agency services.
• Ensure quality of service and compliance with regulations.
• Perform general administrative duties and support other departments as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• BA in psychology, social work, or related field.
• AA degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or 4 years of mental health agency experience.
• Knowledge of DMH systems, Medi-Cal billing, and Microsoft Suite.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
