Job Abstract

Job Overview:

The Clinical Resource Nurse is a Registered Nurse who serves as a member of the multidisciplinary patient care team. The CRN will work with the primary nursing care team to promote and maintain high-quality patient care by facilitating throughput, supporting the Director Patient Care, coaching and ensuring that the facility's procedures, practices, and standards are followed.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing
• BSN degree
• Additional experience required based upon specific department needs

Preferred:

• Completion of Clinical experience in NLN accredited school

Certifications and Licenses Required:

• Active Registered Nurse License in the state of New Jersey
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
• ACLS
• National certification preferred

Scheduling Requirements:

• Full Time
• Day shift
• 40 hrs weekly
