DUTIES: Perform product management throughout the full product development lifecycle (PDLC), including analyzing user needs and developing product requirements and user stories, developing product roadmaps; work in an Agile development environment; analyze data to inform product development; work on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) products; set product vision and strategy; manage relationships with stakeholders; develop AI/ML-driven solutions in collaboration with ML researchers and domain experts; build the ML based Recommendations and Decision Engine; develop the Personalization strategies for initiatives including Xfinity Assistant Welcome Experience and Proactive Notifications; identify customer problems and how Natural Language Processing (NLP)/Natural Language Understanding (NLU) can be leveraged to solve customer user issues; establish metrics to measure effectiveness and to drive improvements to NLP/NLU efforts; discover opportunities to apply NLP/NLU to solve business problems across the various digital channels; build consensus with product managers from partnering teams on what to develop next; communicate product priorities across the organization; design market research in the form of surveys, interviews, and focus groups in collaboration with user researchers; partner with UX design team to create best user experiences; collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure customer awareness and engagement for products; conduct competitive analysis and study industry trends; and guide and mentor junior-level employees. Position is eligible to work remotely one or more days per week, per company policy.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, and five (5) years of experience working in an Agile development environment; of which one (1) year includes performing product management throughout the full product development lifecycle (PDLC), including analyzing user needs and developing product requirements and user stories, and developing product roadmaps; analyzing data to inform product development; working on Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) products; setting product vision and strategy; and managing relationships with stakeholders
