We are seeking an ambitious Workday Adaptive Systems Administrator to join our accounting team. You will report to the Senior Director, Financial Systems & Accounting Operations, and partner with the FP&A to provide support with Adaptive Insights forecasting, planning reporting and analysis capabilities.
What you will bring:
- 5 years of experience with financial systems; 3+ years’ experience implementing and supporting Financial Planning system Workday Adaptive Insights, including model building, business rules configuration, and report and dashboard development.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of payroll work experience
- Strong understanding of financial planning processes and models.
- Good understanding of full-cycle implementation of the financial system and application support process
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment, customer-focused focused and collaborative with stakeholders on various teams.
What you will do:
- The Workday Adaptive Systems Administrator will partner with the Finance and Planning organizations at eHealth to build world-class financial forecasting, planning, reporting and analysis capabilities.
- The person in this role will own the management, configuration/development, and operations support of systems such as Adaptive Insights
- The candidate is accountable for full lifecycle development that entails the analysis, design, and development of tool capabilities in addition to proactively identifying enhancement opportunities to the systems.
- Understand, interpret, and transform business problems, opportunities and requirements while recommending solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
- Develop, build, deliver, and support innovative and collaborative planning models on the Adaptive platform to support/automate existing processes, new goals, and initiatives across all sides and functions of the business.
- Partner with FP&A and cross-functional teams to develop roadmaps, identify needs, understand existing models (excel/ Adaptive), and translate them into efficiently built and enhanced Adaptive solutions.
- Continuously identify gaps and opportunities for automation projects that will streamline workflows and processes.
- Partner with business leaders to support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and analysis, driving efficiency improvements and cost savings.
- Perform complex business and systems analysis work, deep root cause analysis, and supply forward-thinking, long-term technical solutions; conduct requirements gathering/analysis.
- Prepare clear and concise presentations, supplying recommendations to senior management.
- Formalize best practices in model building, document processes and provide coaching/training to end users.

The base pay range reflects the anticipated pay range for this position. The actual base pay offered will depend on various factors including individual skills, experience, performance, qualifications, the department budget, and the location where work is performed.
