Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager
Job Type: Temp to perm, hybrid schedule, 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri
Job Location: New Providence, NJ
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. BA/BS preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
1-2 years of experience in recruiting or related field
Knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Responsibilities, included but not limited to:
Conduct an intake call with hiring managers to understand the staffing needs and requirements
Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and attract potential candidates
Source and screen candidates for various positions within the company
Conduct skills assessments
Conduct phone interview with potential candidates
Assist with the coordination of interviews and follow-up communication with candidates
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires
Participate in job fairs and other recruiting events as needed
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure that all hiring needs are met
Other duties as assigned

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen. Requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies weighing 20 pounds at minimum and no more than 35 pounds.
