Job Abstract

A Team Staffing, Southern California's locally-based staffing firm specializing in the title, escrow, mortgage and real estate industries, has an immediate opportunity for a Real Estate Operations Manager/Controller to work hand in hand with the CFO and President of a well established independent real estate company servicing high end Los Angeles real estate agents. This is a direct hire position for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have 5yrs+ solid experience with real estate closings and related accounting functions.

The Real Estate Operations Manager/Controller will provide support to the CFO and President and be responsible for a variety of routine and non-routine clerical accounting functions in accordance with standard procedures in general accounting, A/R, A/P Bank Reconciliations, and management reporting.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Daily Banking and reconciliation of accounts
Receiving monies, posting to general ledger and preparing management reporting
Performing bank reconciliations of deposits and disbursements, balancing of accounts
Processing accounts payable, coding and posting property expenses, preparing vendor payments
Preparing of monthly reporting for the President and CFO
Supporting Branch Operations with new hires, onboarding, payroll processing, HR related matters and projects as needed.
