We are seeking a self-motivated individual with innovative thinking who can effectively develop new and execute existing business processes, work with diligence and limited direction, while independently prioritizing deliverables, within a fast-paced environment.
Our Impact:
The Pricing Middle Office is responsible for implementing pricing-related initiatives and offerings, for Cash & Guarantor loan purchases.
Your Impact:
- Produce and maintain tracking logs used to document pricing-owned deliverables and impacts related to Freddie Mac initiatives, programs, and products.
- Execute numerous reports related to Pricing terms of business, established for negotiated seller agreements.
- Assist in reviewing pricing-related communications including job aids, marketing materials, Talking Points/FAQs, etc.
- Facilitate the Annual Pricing Terms of Business Review Process, including tracking, grouping, coordinating review sessions, meeting notes and follow ups.
- Collaborate with cross-divisional business partners and monitor activities related to Pricing-owned Implementation Plans, including status tracking.
- Develop, follow, and/or maintain detailed procedures for related business processes & activities.
- Model Freddie Mac values, competencies, and desired cultural behaviors; encourage others to do the same.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years’ experience in the Primary and/or Secondary mortgage markets.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of Single Family, including Freddie Mac’s products & programs.
- Familiarity with the Seller/Servicer Guide and the negotiated contracts process & systems (iCertis).
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with an ability to compile complex data and articulate complex messaging for various audiences.
- Extensive multi-tasking, prioritizing, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to compile complex data within Excel & manually create logs and reports.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $74,000 - $110,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
