Candidates should have in-depth experience with Windows 10 including troubleshooting, data backup, PXE imaging, data migration, OS setup, application installation. Experience with McAfee FDE, Bomgar, ServiceNow, Druva inSync, and multi-factor authentication/PKI, M365, Teams, MS Office 2016, MS inTune software. Techs will provide remote End User support. Ability to learn quickly and the facility to show a high level of social interaction skill is required. Technician must be capable of adapting to a constantly changing IT environment. iOS and Android support and Multi Factor Authentication support experience is a bonus.

Position Details:

• Pay Rate / Range: $25-$32.45

The above salary range represents the range expected for the position; however, final salary offers are based on a number of factors such as the position’s responsibilities; the candidate’s experience, education, and skills; location; travel required; and current market conditions.
