Our client is looking for a dynamic HRBP to support the company in Northern Montgomery County. This is a Direct Hire position and 100% on-site. Responsibilities:
Serve as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent.
Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company's culture and processes.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives for the main location aligned with the overall business strategy.
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with stakeholders to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to managers (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Manage and resolve employee relations issues; conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations when needed.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, staying current with state and federal employment laws and regulations.
Facilitate communication among employees and management, providing guidance on HR-related matters.
Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Assist with benefits administration.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR roles with at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner or similar, strong recruiting experience preferred.
Proficient understanding of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, staffing, employee development and career planning, agile performance management, employee counseling, and policy development.
In-depth knowledge of legal HR compliance and familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
Proficiency in HRIS systems.
Experience with performance management and employee engagement strategies.
Experience in change management and organizational development.
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) preferred.
