How you'll make an impact:
The Critical Care Senior Product Manager role will be responsible for developing tools to expand the usage of our Cardiac and Core products in existing and new clinical segments. This person will also ensure there is sufficient clinical evidence and business analysis to support and influence patient care and commercial objectives.
We continue to develop and innovate on monitoring platforms and disposables in the Cardiac and Core portfolio. With new launches, we seek to create clinical marketing programs to ensure that patients are being treated with the best products. The right candidate will partner with product managers and regional marketers on launching products, executing on clinical programs, and driving product utilization in appropriate surgical and intensive care settings. These settings include, but aren’t limited to:
- Cardiac surgery and ICUs
- Pediatrics
- Minimally invasive valve procedures
- Obstetrics (cesarean section)
- Electrophysiology lab
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Evaluation of potential unmet clinical need in identified care areas
- Evaluate usability of current product offering to determine if needs are met
- Establishment of initial business and commercial opportunity
- Partner with regulatory, clinical affairs team and regions to create long term strategic plans
- Lead the development of appropriate clinical evidence, educational material, and digital downstream marketing materials
- Champion key commercial tactics to target these settings
- Collaborate with professional education team to establish association relationships
- Develop communication plans including presence at industry congresses and tradeshows
- Establish Key Opinion Leaders within the different settings
- Partner with global product managers to establish potential product enhancements and identify new use cases
What you'll need (Required):
Bachelor's Degree 5 years experience or
Master's Degree with 3 years experience related to sales, marketing, or healthcare Preferred
What else we look for (Preferred):
• Proven expertise in MS Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including consultative and relationship management skills
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills
• Experience working in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry preferred
• Substantial understanding in tracking and interpreting market share, pricing, ASPs, competitive dynamics
• Substantial knowledge of marketing concepts and principles
• Expertise and ability to coach others in one or more functional areas
• Ability to create comprehensive marketing strategies with supporting plans and the ability to execute.
• Possess the ability to measure and track performance/success of programs/initiatives
• Ability to forecast product lines for short-term and long-term accuracy based on market development, sales trends, competition and changing market dynamics.
• Possess a fundamental clinical knowledge related to hospital environment, clinical practice and reimbursement policies
• Strict attention to detail
• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a team environment, working closely with global marketing team, key opinion leaders and regional sales managers
• Ability to interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

For California the base pay range for this position is $103,000 to $146,000 (highly experienced).
