The Vice President CorporateAccounts, Americas Ultrasound role reports to Head of Americas, Ultrasound.
Position Overview:
This role is responsible for enablingthe accomplishment of the business goals of the Strategic Corporate Accountsteam. They will coach employees to drive profitable growth and market shareacross the US, allocate them to the highest priority opportunities, and ensurecustomer satisfaction. This individual is also responsible to stay abreast withcurrent general imaging and cardiology ultrasound trends to ensure strongalignment to areas of growth for the ultrasound business.
Responsibilities
Coach team in creating high quality strategic plans to effectivelycapture opportunities and executing strategies through tactical actionplanning. Ensure consistency and quality excellence across development of dealstrategies and action plans; promote execution of the right strategies in theappropriate manner to win opportunities.
Business Management: Assess the strategic position of UltrasoundBusiness in Strategic Corporate Accounts space (including IDNs and GPOs).Assist Sr. Dir of Mktg in creation of Business Unit Strategic Plan. Developprograms aligned with Business Unit strategy and implement together with ZSDs(Zone Sales Directors) and Strategic Corporate Accounts team. Ensure thatULT market share, volume and profit goals are met for the assigned areas.Track and report national key business data.
Customer Relationship Management: Create, adjust, and drive standardizationmessaging for each Strategic Corporate Accounts (IDNs and GPOs). Influencecontract strategy with tailored offers and value-adds. Ensure post-salecontinued success of ULT business unit in strategic IDNs. Maintain and buildclose relationships with important accounts with involvement of both local andglobal Business Unit leadership where appropriate. Identify critical customerdecisions, trends, and assess business implications for Business Unit. Grow ULTfootprint in top 10 IDNs while managing relationships with external partners.
National Strategic Accounts Collaboration: Align with and drive SiemensCorporate National Accounts strategy. Explore opportunities to pilot ULTinitiatives within key IDNs and GPOs that will enhance Siemens ULT value propositionfor that IDN/GPO and/or Siemens solutions portfolio. Collaborate withIDN/GPO National Accounts Managers, driving joint strategy for pre and postsales success, and unique offer opportunities. Attend relevant IDN andGPO blue-sheet sessions.
Government Accounts Collaboration: Align with and drive SiemensGovernment Accounts strategy. Explore opportunities to pilot ULTinitiatives within the Government and DOD that will enhance Siemens ULT valueproposition for that Government branch and/or Siemens solutionsportfolio. Collaborate with Government Accounts Managers, driving jointstrategy for pre and post sales success, and unique offer opportunities. Coordinate RFP’s with ULT segment managers and Government Account Managers.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
• Strong communication skills and leadership skill.

• 10+ years of Healthcare experience in the field of sales, customerrelationship or business management.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Required travel: 50%
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
• 15 years of Healthcare experience in the field of customer relationshipor business management.
• Experience in a corporate account, national account or IDN relationshipmanagement role.
• Ultrasound experience is preferred.
• Medical device capital equipment experience.
